Backchurch to pay costs of the Day And if Appeal upon
the hearing Shall be allowed to pay also the charges of keeping the
Pty during the intervall till determined by Court

Robert Geary< no role > Swears he lived wth one Woolball in the Pish of St.
Mary Hill being hired by the Week at 7s. P Week at the
the first hireing afterwards at 8s. P Week had his many paid
quarterly And lived two years in the said pish but was never
hired by the year. Acknowledged Seven Receipts now
produced in Court. And that he married after he quitted
his Service

And it is farther ordered That the said Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Dionis Backchurch do forthwith
pay unto the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the pish
of St. Mary Athill All such Sume & Sumes of Mony as they the
said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary Athill
have laid out & expended in provideing for & mainteyning the
sd Sarah Geary< no role > & her Two Children [..] from the 22th. of January last
