This Examinant confesseth and Saith That on Saturday
the 24th day of February instant he met with one David
Jones< no role >
a carman driving a Cart loaded with malt who
upon such meeting asked this Examinant to goe along
with him to Old Street
and accordingly this Examinant went
with him us they were goeing along the said David
Jones< no role >
desired this Examinant to help him down with some
of the malt he saying that he knew a place where to leave
it, and also know how to sell it or to that Effect, which
at first this Examinant Scrupled to doe, but being over
persuaded by the said David Jones< no role >
he did assistthe said
him to take Four Sacks of the said Malt out of the Cart
which Malt they left at the house of John Petty< no role >
