The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church-
wardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St. Margaret Westminster in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrt. under
the hands and Seals of Sr. Jno. Fryer< no role > Mayor and
Sr . John Ward< no role > two of his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the said City bearing date the 29th
day of August One thousand Seven hundred and
Twenty one [..] one John Davis< no role > and Susanah< no role > his
Child Aged about Eleven Months was removed
from and out of the Parish of Allhallows
Staining London to the Said Parish of St. Margt.
Westminster as the place of their Lawfull
Settlement.

That Your Petitioners thinking
themselves agrieved by the Judgment of the
said two Justices humbly appeal to your Worships
against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray this Worll. Court to hear them
by their Councill against the said
Order of removall and finally to
determine this Appeal
