The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St Margarett
Westmr in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands &
Seals of Sr William Thompson< no role > and Sr . Thomas Abney< no role >
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London bearing
date the Seventh day of March 1719 John Bishop< no role > with Ann< no role > his
Wife and two Children Vizt. Ann < no role > Aged Seventeen Years and Mary< no role >
Aged Nine Years were Removed from and out of the Parish of St
Batholomew the Great London to the Parish of St. Margarett
Westmr. as the place of their lawfull Settlement.

That yr Petrs. thinking themselves Agrieved by the
Judgment of the said two Justices humbly Appeal to your Honr and
Worps Against the Same

Therefore Humbly pray your Honr and Worps will
please to Ordr. That the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the said Parish of St Bartholomew the Great
London may attend this Court Some Day this Quarter
Sessions to here and Abide the Final Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal
