The humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens and
Oversees of the Poor of the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
London

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands & seals
of two of his Matise & Justices of the peace for the city of London (Quorn
Unus) bearing Date the 23d Day of November last past Mary Rand< no role >
wife of Job Rand< no role > with one of Child named Eleanor< no role > aged about three
yeare were removed from the Parish of St Bolotph without Aldgate
London unto the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate aforesaid as
the Place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petrs. conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices do humbly
appeal to your Honr and Worpps therefrom And pray
that your Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them
in the prmisses and Order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers & of the Poor of the said Parish may appear before
you and hear and abide the Judgment and Determinacon
of your Honr and Worpps touching this Appeal

And they shall every pray Etc
