The Examinacon and confessions of John Streek< no role >
Marriner aged about five and fortie years taken
this day before me Sir Charles Peers< no role > Kinght
alderman and one of his Majties. Justices of the peace for
the Said City of London who Saith.

That about the later and of November now last past he
this Examinant together with William Spickman< no role > William
Vinnard
< no role > not yet taken, [..]
[..] and one other person who goes by the name of
Jerry, and one William who is Called Bg [..] did goe together To the Ware House of one Mr. Edward
owen
< no role > at Galley key in the parish of alhallows
Barkin London that the said spickman and the said
William called Coat sleain did in the night time enter
into the said Ware House and did steal take carry away
out of the said Ware House about one hundred and eight
pounds of Sugar That the said parcell of sugar was
imediatly carried to the house of one Mr. Cotterell in
Thomas street and was then and there sold to Mrs.
Cotterell and Mrs. Jane for the price of eight and
thirty Shillings wr. was devided between this examint.
and the rest of his Said accomplices who had nine Shillings
and Six price apiece.
