The Examinacon and Confession of Thomas Tharp< no role > [..]
Marriner aged about eighteen years taken this day
before me Sir Charles Seerst< no role > . Light Alderman and one
of his Majtes. Justices of the pearce for the said City of
London who Saith.

That about the Middle of the Month of December
now last past he this Examinant to ye ther with
John [..] Matthew
Streek
< no role > [..] et yet taken, William Vincard< no role > , one
other person who goes by the name of Jerry, one
William called the Beatswain, and one William
de Hen
< no role > did go together to the Warehouse of one
Mr. Edward Owen< no role > at Galley key in the parish of
al Ballows Barkin Landon that William the
Boatheain and this Examinant being ass ofted by
his Said accomplices above mentioned did enter
into the Said Ware House in the night time about
twelve of the clock and did Slea Clake and carry
away out of the Said Ware house about a
hundred and a half weight of brown SugarAd
which was Sold to one the Hill in George yard
in White Chappell for the price of one pound
and Seven Shillings wr. was deaded between the
said Examinant and his Said accomphies at
four Shillings and Six pence eachs, That
about three nights afterwards he this Examinant

Jerry, William the [..] Beat swain the persons before
named did agree and go to gether to the Said Warde-
-house and the Said William the Beatswain did
enter into the Said Warehouse about three of the
clock in the morning and did Steal take and carry
away about a hundred and a Half weight of white
Sugar which was carried by the Said Examinant
and the Said Accomplices to the House of the Said
Mr. Hill and Sold to him for three pounds wa.
was devided between them at ten Shillings aprece
and farther he Saith not.
