and whereas it appears unto us the said Justices That
she is become Chargeable unto this parish

of the said Agnes whitbey that she is the Daughter

Lane & paid parish duties in the parish of St. Margret
Patton & London and the last Legall Settlemt. of the said
husband not being known and it not appearing unto us that
the said Agnes hath gained any Legall Settlement
since her said Husbands de

and her cease with the Churchwardens and
overseers of the poor there or someone of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for her as the Lane
directs and this shall be yr. wereout given under one
