The humble Peticon & Appeale of the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Pish of St. Giles's Cripplegte . London

Sheweth

That by Warrt. or Ordr. dated the 21th. day of January last past
under the Hands and Seals of Two of her Maties Justices of the Peace
for the said City (Quor unus) Robert Allcock< no role > Carpentr . with
Mary< no role > his wife & Anne< no role > their daughter abt two years of age were
removed from the Parish of St. Bridgett ats Brides London to the
said Parish of St. Giles's Cripplegate as the place of last legal
Settlemt. of the said Robert Allcock< no role >

That yor. Peticoner find themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrt. or order of the said Two Justices,

Werefore yor. Peticonrs. doe humbly
Appeale agnt the same to this Honble
Court, and Pray for such relief therein
as to this Court shall seem meet Etc
