Justices of the peace
within this City of London
(one being of the Quorm) bearing
date the Three and Twentieth day of January last past was

from the Parish of St. Bennett Paulswharfe
London unto to the said Parish
of St. Mary Mounthaw
alleadging the said Parich to be the Place of the
lase legall Settlement of the said

That your Petitioners doubt not to prove that the

never had any legall settlement in the
said Parish of St. [..] Mary Mounthaw
whereby they conceive themselved aggreived by the Judgement
of the said Two Justices and doe humbly Appeale to your
Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your Honr: and
Worpps will be pleased to heare them in the prmisses
and Order the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of
the said Parish of St. Bennett Paulswharfe
to appeare
before you and heare and abide the Determination of
your Honr. & Worpps touching this Appeale
