. and her Two Children by Virtue of A Warrant
under the hands & seals of Twoe of her Maties Justices of the peace
within the
City of London
(one being of the Quorm) bearing Date the Four and Twentieth day of
February last past was removed from the Parish of St. Martin Outwith
London
to the said Parish of St Swithin
alleadgeing the said Parish to be Place of the last
legall settlement of the said

That your Petitioners doubt not to prove that the said Israel Wright< no role >
never had any legall settlement in the said Parish of St. Swithin
whereby
they conceive themselves aggreived by the Judgement of the said Two Justices
and doe humbly Appeale to your Worpp therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your Honr:
and Worpps will be pleased to heare them in the Prmisses
and that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of
the said Parish of St. Martin Outwith
London doe appeare
before you and heare and abide the Determination of your
Honr. & Worpps touching this Appeale
