The humble Petition and Appeale of the Chappell Wardens &
Overseers of the Poore of Bridewell Prcinct London

Sheweth

That one Andra. Collins< no role > Widdow and by Virtue of a Warrant under the
hands & sales of Twoe of her Maties Justices of the Peace within
the City of London (one being of the Quorn) bearing Date the Second Day
of February last Past was removed from the Parish of St. John Zachary
London to the sid precinct of Bridewell London alleadgeing the said
Princt to be the Place of the last legall Settlement of the said Andra Collins< no role >

That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the Said Andra
Collins< no role > never had any legall Settlement in the said Prcinct of
Bridewell whereby they conceive themselves aggreived by the
Judgement of the said Twoe Justices and doe humbly appeale to yor
Worpps therefrom

Your Petitoners therefore humbly pray your Honr.
and Worppl will be pleased to heare them in the Prmisses
and that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poore of the Sd Parish of St. John Zachary may
appeare before you and heare and abide the Determination
of Your Honr. & Worpps touching this Appeale.
