of Middx Gunsmith taken upon Oath this 14th. day of November
1709

This Informt. deposeth that on Munday last being the 17th. day of this
instant November A Silks & [..] hand bricher of the Value of £2. 6d. the goods
of this Informt. was privately and feloniously taken and Stolen out of his
pockett as he was [mark] Walkeing thro Cheapside London and that the
said hand brcher was in That her after believed taken this Informt. by Sameth
Baker

The Informacon of Samuell Baker< no role > of St. Sepulcher in the said
City Salter taken upon Oath this 14th. day of Novemr 1709

This Informt. deposeth That on Munday last he saw Jane Bunchis< no role > hand
in the pockett of the said Edward Phillips< no role > [..] in Cheapside aforesaid And
that the said Jane Bunch< no role > there and there privately and Feloniously City late and
Seals a Silk and Mustyn hand brcher out of the said Phillips pockett
and that she dropt the said hand brcher on the ground And this Informt.
thereupon chargeth the said Jean Bunch< no role > wth. the said Felony

The Examiancon [..] of Jane Bunch< no role > wife of Thomas Bunch< no role > of
St. Pauls Covent garden in the County of Middx Mariner taken by this
14th. day of Novemb 1709.

This Examinant being charged wth, the private and Felonious takeing and
Stealling the said hand brcher out of the pockett of the said Phillips as aforesaid
denyeth the same
