That one John Badger< no role > Jane< no role > his Wife and Mary< no role > John< no role > Katherine< no role > Xpofer< no role >
and Jane< no role > their Children by Virtue of a Warrt under the Hands & Seales of Twoe
of her Maties Justices of the Peace wch in the City of London (one being of
the Quox) bearing date the 4th. day of November last past was sent and
delivered by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of the pish
of St Andrew Holborne in London to the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the said pish of St. Margt. Lothbury alleadging the said
parish to be the Place of the last legall settlemt. of the said John Badger< no role >
his Wife & Children

That yor Petrs doubt not but to prove That the said John
Badger< no role > his Wife & Children never had any legall Settlement
in the said Parish of St. Margt. Lothbury whereby they
conceive themselves aggrieved by the Judgemt. of the said Two
Justices And doe humbly Appeale to yor Honor & Worll therefore
