That one Mary Thompson< no role > widdow together wth her three Children named
John< no role > Thomas< no role > & Mary< no role > By virtue of a Warrt. under the Hands & Seales of Two
of her Maties. Justices of the Peace wth. in the City of London one being of the
Quor) bearing date the 7th. day of September 1708 was removed from the
pish of St. Mary Woolworth London to the said parish of St. Sepulchers
London Alleadgeing the said parish is the place of the last legall Settlemt.

That yor Petr. doubt not but to prove That the said Mary Thompson< no role >
never had any legall Settlement in the said Parish of St. Sepulchers
whereby they conceive themselves aggreived by the Judgemt. of the
said Two Justices And do humbly Appeal to yor. Worpps. therefrom

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly pray yor Honor. & Worpps. will be
pleased to bear them in the prmisses And order the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the Poore of the said Parish of St. Mary
Woolworth To Appeare here before you And hear and
abide the determinacon of yor. Honor. & Worpps. touching this
Appeale
