Whereas complains hath been made and [..]
hands and seals are hereunto sett two of Maties
Justices of the peace of the City aforesaid (Quoram unus)
by the Church:Wardens and overseers of the poor of
the Parish of St Sepulchers within the Liberties
of the City that Anne Rowley< no role > als Morgans< no role >
is lately come

into the said Parish endeavouring to settle
her selft there contrary to the forme of the statute in
that case made and provided. And that the said
Anne Rowley< no role > als Morgan is like to become
Chargeable to the said Parish; And whereas it appeares
to us the said Justices upon the Oath of the said
Anne Rowley< no role > als Morganthat she the
said Anne was
last legally settled in the parish of St. Saviors in
Southwarke in the County of surry, that being the
Place of her Birth and where her Father now
liveth in Globe Alley in Deadmans Place
with in the said Parish

Tho: Rawlinson< no role >

And hath not as we can find obtayned any other
settlement since; And therefore wee doe adjudge
her last legall settlement to be in the said
Parish of St Savior Southwarke aforesaid
These are therefore in her Maties name strictly to
Charge and Command you and every of you forthwith
upon sight hereof to remove and convey the said
Anne Rowley< no role > als Morgan from the said parish of
St Sepulchers London unto the said parish of
St Savior Southwarke and deliver her unto ye
Church: Wardens and Overseers of the poor there
who are hereby Required to provide for her
according to Law, hereof fail not, given under
the hands and seales the 5th: day of June 1708 .
