Taylour taken upon Oath before Sr. Peter King< no role > Knt . Recorder
of the said City and one of her Majties. Justices of the peace
for the said City and County this 1st. day of Novemb 1708

This Informt. deposeth That abt. Octob last was twelvemonth Thomas
Wright< no role > this Informts. Father in Law bought a Furbelow Scarfe of William
Morrell< no role > of St. Mary Mounthan in Old Fish Street in the said City for £40. And
gave the same to this Informts. daughter And this Informt. Saith That he
this Informt. did since Sell the same scarfe to Mary Pitts< no role > for abt £40. And
that the said Scarfe is since owned by Mary Poole< no role > to be her goods and
said to be stolen from her wth. seventeen other scarfes and other goods abt.
the said month of Octobr. [..] And this Informt. thereupon suspects that the said Wm. Morrell< no role > did
Steale the same

taken upon Oath ead die

This Informt. deposeth That she was prsent. when the abovenamed Thomas
Wright< no role > bought the said scarfe of the said William Morrell< no role > for £40. as above
And that the said William Morrell< no role > then had in his custody Seventeene other
Furbelow scarfes wch. he prtended were taken up by him for a debt
