Whereas Complaint hath this day been made unto us
two of her Maties Justices of ye. Peace for his City and

and Overseers of ye. Poor of ye. Pish of St. Barthew

[..] on [..] are lately come into their Pish
with intent to reside therein and are likely to become
[..] and For as much as it appears unto
us by [..] Oath of ye: said William Jenkins< no role > that he lived
in the [..] of Christ Church London with one Mr. Green a
Serve on for the Space of two yeares and upwards us

William Jenkins< no role > together with his wife & Children
abovemenconed to ye. Churchwardens & Overseers
of ye. poor of the parish of Christ Church London
who are hereby required to receive & provide for
them according to Law Thereof faile not Dated
and Given under one hands and Seals this 19th
day of June 1707
