Upon Complaint made to this Court by Elizabeth Pickard< no role >
who alleadgeth shee is the wife of Thomas Pickard< no role >
Painter now bee prsent for not allowing her any maintenance
conned the keeping of herselfe & John Pickard< no role > a young infant
And there being now an Appeale depending in Doctors Comons in
this cause betweene them Itt is now ordered by their untriall
consents That the said Thomas Pickard< no role > doe pay into the Hands Mr. Taylor a Millinor in Cheape polide for on Monday morning next to [..]
[..] be given to the said Elizabeth for the maintenance of herselfe & child the Sume
of Five Shillings And alsoe doe further pay unto the said Mr. Taylor
the like sume of Five shillings on every Monday morning following for
his & her child maintenance untill the said Appeale that be
determined.
