Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant dated 9th November 1705 under the hands & Seales of
Two of her Maties. Justices of the Peace
within the City of London
(one being of the
(Quor) On Barthls Gunn was sent to Yor. Petr. by the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poore of the Parish of Alhallowes the Greate
London To be provided for upon the
Oath of the said
Barthls. Gunn< no role >
That hee lived in Yor Petrs. Parish And there paid Twoe
& twenty Pounds P Annum Kent and paid Scott and Lott in the said Parish And hath had noe
legall Settlement in any place Since Whereas in truth the said

Years last past went out of yor. Petr. parish And for a Yeare and an halfe before May
1685 dwelt and Inhabited in the said Parish of Allhallowes the greate
And hath lived
there Even Since
Yor. Petr. humbly pray Yor. Honors. & Worpps. to hear them in the
Prmisses & to Order the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Pish of Allhallowes the Greate
to appeare here before you To
shew cause why they Should not provide for the said Barthll. Gunn< no role >
