The humble Peticon of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Sepulchre in the County of Middx.

That Elizabeth Downes< no role > with John< no role > and James< no role > her two Children were
warrant under the hands and seals of Sr . Selathiell Lovell< no role > and Sr . Thomas Stampe< no role >
Knights two of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the said City lately passed
from the parish of St. Coles without Cripplegate London to the said Parish of St.
Sepulchres in Middx.

That the said Elizabeth Lownes< no role > hath noe legall Settlement in the said Parish of St.
Sepulchres in Middx Which Yor. Petrs. are ready to make appeare to this Honble Court.

Yor. Petr. therefore humble appeale against the said Order of the
said two Justices and Pray this Honble Court to be pleased to
appoint a Day this present Sessions for determining thereof

And Yor. Petr. (as in Duty bound) Shall ever Pray Etc.
