Assembled upon the oathes of Richard Gilbert< no role > & Henry Mason< no role > lately
made before the Right Honoble Sr Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Knt Lord Mair
of this City That the Walls about the Burying ground or Churchyard
now belonging to the severall parishes of St. Mary Aldermary & St.
Thomas Shappl : in and neere Quorne Fra to London are very much
broken defective & ruminors To the great danger ofp [..] goeing
nune thereunto Itt is ordered by this Court That the Inhabitants
of the said Severall parishs of St. Mary Aldermary & St Thomas
Shapple doe forthwth.meete to ye ther Andpurte toye then And That They course the same works to be
pulledtaken downe & Sufficiently repaired & amended before the next Generall Quarter Session to be
holden for this City on the First day of July next to prvent any darrige
which may come thereby Or otherwise That They be proceeded against
for with their neglect According to Lawe.
