The Informacon of John Farron< no role > of Grub street
in the Pish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
London taken upon Oath this 11th. Day of
Novembr. And Dui 1704 .

This Informt. John Farron deposeth, That during the
time that Richard Whites< no role > wife lay dead in his house in
Chick lane in the Pish of St. Sepulchrs London wch. is about
Eight or Nine Months Since, two this Depont. was desired by
the sd. Richard White< no role > to look over his writings, at his the said
Whites House, and that there was then prsent one John Inskip< no role >
and that only the said White, Justice & this Depont. meddled
with the said writings; amongst which said writings, was
a Bond or Obligacon Condiconed for the paymt. of Ten
pounds, which said Bond or Obligacon was left at that
time by the sd. doe. White with the sd. John Inskip< no role > , to get
the money due thereon: And that he this Depont. never
Saw the sd. Bond or Obligacon since. And this Depont.
further Deposeth that the said John Inskip< no role > did privately
and without the knowledge and consent of the said Mr. White
take a Silver Porrenger out of Pawn, which sd Porrenger the
said Mr. White Challenger to be his owne.
