Whereas complaint was this day made unto us two of
his Matyes Justices of the Peace for this City & libtyes
(Quorum unus) by the Churchwardens & overseers of ye
poore of the parish of St: Andrews Wardrobe London that
Thomas Crossly< no role > is lately come into their parish & is likely
to become chargeable thereunto unless timely prvented
And whereas it appeares unto us by the Oath of the said
Thomas Crosslay< no role > taken before us that his last legall
settlement was in the parish of St. Anne Blackfryers
within this City of London where he lived as an
Housekeeper about thirteen year's since paid scolt
& Cott & finding that he hath had no legall settlemt.

These are therefore in his Matyes name strictly to
charge & comend you forthwith to pass & convey ye
said Thomas Crossley< no role > out of yr said parish of St. Andrews
Wardrobe into the said parish of St. Anne Blackfryers
London & there leave him with the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poore of the said Pish or one of them
to be provided for according to Law who are hereby
required to maintaine K provided for him accordingly

given under our hands & seales the 24th. day of July
