Whereas complaint was this day under unto us two
of his Majtyes Justices of the peace for this City &
Libbyes (Quorum Unus) by the Churchwardens &
overseers of the poore of the Parish of Alhallows
Barkin London that Mary Punnall< no role > is lately come
into their said Parish endeavouring to settle her
selfe there is likely to become chargeable thereunto unless timely
prvented And whereas it appeares unto les by the
Oath of Mary Punnall aforesaid that her last legall
Settlemt: was in the pish of Queenhith London where
she lived as an hired Servant the space of one whole
year with Mrs. Ann Garfoot< no role > Widow p finding she hath
had no other legall Settlemt. elsewhere since.

These are therefore in his Matyes name strictly to
requite you forthwith to pass convey the said Mary
Punnall< no role > out of your said Parish of Alhallows Barkin
into the said Parish of Queenhith London & there leave
the said Mary Punnall< no role > with ye Church Wardens & Overseers
of the poore of ye said parish or one of them to be
provided for according to Law who are hereby required
to maintaine & provide for her accordingly And they
shall be your Warrtt. given undr. our hands & seales
this 29th. day of January 1699
