years & pastNow upon hearing the Appeale of the Said Churchwardens and
Overseers of ther poore of the lord parish of StLeonard Shorditch Buttolph wth. out Algate St Peter Cornwall Asha Towes on the wallagainst the
said warrant & indgemt. of the Said twoe Justices in the prseme of the Churchwarden
& overseers of the poore of the Said parish of St Sepulchers Mary Al [..] Buttolph [..] Bishoppgate Stephen Cow [..] And having
heard what could be alleadged on either Side by the respective Churchwardens &
their Councell & Witnesses in & concerning the prmisses Itt is thereupon considered
and ordered by this Court That the Said warrant & indgement made by the And
twoe Justices be Quashed Itt appearing to that this Conste That the Said David Price< no role > Mary Graves < no role > the Sara Tower < no role > Widdow
of the Said Edmund Towerwas last legally [..] in this Said parishButtolph wthout Bishoppgate of St Stephen Coleman
of St. Sepulchers StreeteAnd itt is further Ordered That the Said David Price< no role > Mary Graves < no role > Anne Harwood < no role > Edmund Elizabeth within John
& Jane Towes children of the Said Sara Towes
be Serrt & delivered to the Churchwardens
& overseers of the poore of the Said parish of St.Stephen Coleman Streets [..] Mary Graves [..] SepuchersBottolph wth [..] Bishopgate [..] To be by them
provided for & mainteyned untill They can free themselves of the charge Shews of by
dore course of Lane And Itt is or for ordered That the Said Churchwardens of St.
Stephen Coleman Streete doe forthwith pay unto the Said Churchwardens of Alhallowes
on the Wall or either of them The Sume of Three pounds for the costs & charges by
them Susteyner by reaker of the vex alions removeall of the Said Edmund Elizabeth
William John & Jane Towes children of the Said Sara Towes as aforesaid
