Memorandum That at the said Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace held for the said City at the time and
place abovesaid James oldworth< no role > of the Parish of St. Stephen Coleman streete London Mealman is licensed
and allowed by the Justices of the Peace for the said City To bee a comon Badyer Lader Carrier Buyer and
seller of all manner of Corne and Gaine as well within as wth. out any open faire ar maketh To use and
occupy the same office and doeins by the pace of one whole yeare next ensueines the date hereof and nor
toyne according of the time intent and meaning of the Lawes and statutes in such case made and pvided In
Witnesse whereof Thereof his Maties. Justices of the Peace being present att the said Sessions of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quor) have thereunto sett there hands & Seales the day and yeare abovesaid.
