Board the said Vessell with designe to goe to ostend
and that this Depont. saw the said Vessell under Sayle
for Ostend aforesaid and left the said Willm Herbert< no role >
otherwise Ld. Montgomery
on Board the said vessell when it set Sayle And this
Deponts. also maketh Oath That she hath received a

and that the hath often heard them both declare that
the reason of his going beyond Sea was in Complyaned
