of Middx this Informant being on his Majties
behalfe on Oath Saith that last night between
the hours of 11 and 12 he haveing business in
Salisbury Court London after he had done his
Affaire he was besett wth. divers Psons most of
wch. are Except ye [..] Prisonr not perfectly
knowne to ye Informt. & Mary Smith< no role > the Prisonr.
here present Embraced the Informt. & Said unto
him My Deare Come and goe along with me
divers others were abt. him& Some said he [..]
not goe home to nightbut the Informt. did
disengage him selfe from them & when he
was gone he Missed his table book wth writeings
in it wch. was privately Stolen from him & he
Missed Also an old crowne peice of Silver &
Afterwards when he had Caused ye Sd. Smith to
be Apprehended he had sent to him [..]
the Same Crowne yt was before privately Stolen
from him & his pocket book was Also found in
a place Called Damnacon Alley wth the [..]
papers lying on the ground wch. were delivered to
the Informt. as also another old Crowne peice wch.
was not his Owne And farther this Informant
at this time doth not Say.
