The Examint saith That about 8 a Clock last
night he was cutting a Stake for his Supper in
his Father in Lawes Shop at Smithfeild Barr

calling to this Examnts mother sayeing
her son was cutting such Stake this Examinant
bid him go home & in made his Mistres Shop, and
thereupon one James Ward< no role >

went to him, and ye sd Robert Parsons< no role >
being
by asked what ye Examint meant by his Mr is
Shop, and this Examint bid him againe [..] his
[..] ris Shop, and yen the sd Robt said he would
slap his Fane, and this Examint sayeing that
if he did he would cutt him, thereupon he
did slap this Examint over ye Fare & pulld his
haire of his head upon which this Examind
cutt him wch a Knife.
