Birkemhead out of the Custody of the Keeper of Newgate and
assisted him in his esape to France declareing they opend the doore of the Sessions ha [..] yard by a dubb or by [..] received the
said Birkemhead at he came over the Wall out of the ground
behinde the Phisitians Colledge into the Sessions house yard and conveyed
him that might to Bushes house or Lodgings [..] where he lay that
might and next might that he lay att the said Jones house and from
thence was conveyed into the [..] and so into Kent and so for France
