This Examint: Saith that he never was in Newgate
wth Thomas Kavanagh< no role >

prisoner in Newgate
for Treason, nor dies [..]
wayes assist him in makeing his Escape from
thence
Saith that he doth know Thomas Kavanagh< no role >
who hath given Informacon agt: him and the
occation of the at acquaintance [..] That one [..]
Shortell who was to have been a Witness agt him
ye said Kavanagh for haveing two [..]
himselfe said was apprhended by a warrt for
Stealeing a Tippett from one Nastings and [..]
before a Justice of the peace and the said [..]
would have [..] her sent to Newgate [..]
because this Examint: did Bayles her he the
said Kavanagh did threaten to be [..]
on him
