The humble Peticon & Appeale of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the Parish of St. Olaves Silver Streete London

Sheweth

That one Zachary Read< no role > & his wife by virtue of a warrt. under the hands & Seales
of twoe of his Maties. Justices of the peace (one being of the Quor) were by the
Churchwardens of St. Albans Wood Streete brought to yor. petr. to be pvided for
upon his oath That for Twenty & one yeares together hee had dwelt in their
said parish of St. Claves wch. They acknowledge to be true But that about twoe
yeares last past The said Zachary went out of the said Parish of St. Olaves
And tooke a dwelling & prmisses in the Parish of St. Albans Wod Streete att the
went of £15. yearly went wch. They can prove whereby the last legall
settlemt. of the said Zachary Read< no role > was in the said Parish of St. Albans Wood Streete

Their humble since yor. good Honr. & Worpps. is That yor.
wil be pleased to Quash the said order of twoe Justices and
send the said Zachary Read< no role > & his wife unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the said Pish of St. Albans Wood Streete
to be pvided for as [..] poore Inhitants of their said Pish
