Whereas complaint hath beene made unto us whose handes and
Seales are hereunto Set two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the Citty of London (Quorum Unus) by the Churchward:
and overseers of the Poore of the Parish of St. Giles
without Criplegate London that

to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of the
said Parish as by Law is required and are likely to
become chargeable to the same Parish unles timely

Service in Flands & that his last legall Setlement was in the Parish of
St Andrewe Hollboarne
in the County of Midlesex by Whome She
hath had one Child now liveing of the Age of Nine months or therabts
