Als The Devill came that morning to worke & were
both of them at work in the Informts. roome & the
money all in the box near them & this Informant went
downe & left if there & Brasbridge followed her and
overtook her at ye bottom of the Staires & this Informt.
then called & bid ye sd. Brasbridge call to Eaton for her
box Eaton at first wou'd not hear & then present
she did not know what box the Informt. meant and

last the sd. Eaton met this Informt. on the Staires

the box but without any money in it Brassbridge went
Imediately Away and Eaton Abused the Informt. in a
very Violent Maner & denyed the fast then this Informt.
Saith ye ye sd. Eatons father & Mother being Sent for the
father engaged for his Daughter Appearance on ye
Saturday morning following presending ye in ye time they
woud take up Brassbridge but ye sd. Eaton nor Brassbridge
have neither of them been Seen Since by ye Informant
but a pson whence this Informt. doth not know sold

from ye sd. Brasbridge & Eaton & said ye both of them did
Acknowledge ye takeing of the mony between them but
Selling that Acknowledgemt. aside this Informant is well
Assured & doth on her Oath Affirme that no other pson
beside ye sd. Eaton & Brasbridge cou'd take away her money
& is therefore very sure that the sd. Eaton & Brasbridge
did take ye money out of the
