helpe him to his Shooes whereupon this examinant
Obteined a Croevrant to Search and did Search the
house of Marke Fenton< no role > and One Joseph Turner< no role > and
the said Fentons Wife as they say did Fetch ninety
six paire of the said Shooes and caried them to and
left them in this examinants house And further saith
and confesseth he did signe seale deliver to Marke Fenton
a generall pelease dated the 10th day of this instant
