The Condicon of the Obligation abovewritten is such That Whereas ar Sovereigne Lord the King being
moved wth pitty and Compassion of his owne Speriall grace certaine knowledge & neer motion by his grations Lres Patents
under the greate Seale of England bearing Date att Westnd The six and twentyeth day of December Anno Dui
1695 In the seaventh yeare of his said Maties Reigne Hath Pardoned Remised and Released amongs to others
to John Weaver< no role > then and yett being deteyned a Prisoner in his Maties Gaole of Newgate All and all manner of
felonyes by him howsoever done comitted or P Petrated where of hee is accused Indicted and convicted And all Flight
or Flights thereupon made And alsoe all and singuler Condenmations Indyements Executions Pains of
Death Corporall Pains Imprisonmt. Punishmts. and other paines and penaltyes whatsoever or of what
Kind soever wth. A Provisoe Neverthelesse And itt is in Tois said Maties Letters Patents of Pardon
conteyned That if the said John Weaver< no role > shall not be tusported out of this his Matis. Kingdome of England
into Barbadors Jamaica or some. other partes of America now Inhabited by his Maties subjects beyond the sear
wth. in the Space of six monethes next after the date of the said Letters Patents of Pardon Or if her shall
return into this his Maties Kingdome of England wth. in Seaven yeares next after such transportation of
him the said John Weaver< no role > That then in either case respectively his Maties said Letters Patents of Pardon to
It [..] shall be null and void Any thing in his Maties. said Lres patents of pardon to the Contrary
thereof in any wise notwithstanding And Whereas the said Pardon was allowed unto him under the
Provisoe intent and meanmic aforesaid on the third day of January with year aforesaid As by the
Reords thereof And the Letters Patents of Pardon aforesaid may more att Large Appear If therefore
the said Evan LLoyd< no role > & William Bellamy or either of them their or either of their Executors Administrators
or Assignes or any of them shall wth. in TwoMonethes next after the day of the date of
the Obligation abovewritten transporte or cause to be transported upon the Seal out of this his Maties.
Kingdome of England the said John Weaver< no role > towards or in the said Island or Islands called the
Barbadoes Jamaica or some other parte of America now Inhabited by the subjects of or. said sovereigne
Lord the King According to the Provisor intent and meaning ofHissaid Maties. Letters Patents
of Pardon and that without any frand Covine or further delay That then this Prsent Obligation to
be void and of none effect or else to stand and be in full fore and Virtue.
