John Powell< no role > of ye Sarasens head Inn In ye pish of St. Sepulchers
Porter maketh Oath that this evening between ye. houres of five
& Six he saw John Medcalfe< no role > the Prisoner here present & one
other Pson whome this Informant doth not know & they two
together did Rowle a barrell out of ye Sarasens head Inn in
Snow hill & one of them did Call a Coach the carry it
away as this Dept, doth verily beleive)

this evening as he was standing wth John Powell< no role > at ye Inn gate
he saw the Prisoner John Medcalfe< no role > and on other pson a [..]
away a Barrel wch they had carried out of ye place where it
in ye Inn wth intent to steal it

me conceving the felony ye he is Charged wth. as Above said
doth say that himselfe is not any wayes Concerned in the

a Pson ye is a Soldier in ye Marine Regimt, there & beleives
ye if any ill thing was done [..] was by him & further he
doth not say
