The information of Elmes Spincker< no role > dwelling
in Lumbard Streete Goldsmith on Oath
Saith that John Aynsworth< no role > brought a Bagg of Fiftie
poundes to this Deponent to pay for Mr Meyer and
Berenbourgh use which when told out this Deponent
refused to receive as Beleiveing it to be worshiptantant
fit to be taken in payement and therefore desired Mr
Aynsworth to leave the said money sealed up till be [..]
the Person of where he had it and this day After [..]
Mr Aynsworth brought John Turner< no role > with him to this Depont
Shop And this Dep: with Mr Ainsworth & Lovell brought him
hither.

The Examinacon of John Turner< no role >

Who saith He brought fifty pound this day in the Morneing Som
Ainsworths Shop in Cornehill & asked to see some narrow
Garlicks who did thew some to this Examinant and the passed
the price and this Exam told Mr Ainsworth he would she him
his mony & if he would take his mony he would have his Goods
whereupon Mr Ainsworth Sent for One who looked on the mony
& would have taken part of the mony but not all & thereupon
this Exam offered to give the said Person five pound if he would
have taken it altogether as it was And further saith be desired
Mr Lovell to tell the Goldsmith that if he would take [..] my
as it punns hetpr Exam would take Guinnes for the same [..]
two shillings And assoone as this Exam came into the Gobbin the
Shop he told this Exam he would have him before Justices of Peace [..]
Whereupon this Exam answered he would go with him before any [..]
of Peace And this Exam further saith he received about thirty
seaven pound of the said mony A Rochester Faire about Foureteene
daies since & that he did not receive above Forty Shillings in One
payement & the residue in Smaller Sinner of his Shillings Seaven [..]
tenn Fifteene & twenty Shillings in one payement the resedine [..]
in going downe to & comeing [..] from Rorkester
