The Informacon of Henry Lovell< no role > dwelling with John
Aynsworth
< no role > Lnnen Draper in Cornehill , on Oath
Saith he went with John Turner< no role > to Mr Spinker Goldsmith
in Lumbard streete and as they were going along Birchinlane
Turner asked this deponent if his Mas had told him what
he should say to him who answered no whereupon Turner
would hand had this Deponent go backe against this Deponent
answered no for what the old smith would not take he should
hand againe and when He this Deponent and Imprisenmts
the Goldsmiths this Deponent told Mr Spinker this was the
Person of whome his Mar at the fifty pound his Mar
had brought to him, then Turner did this Deponent other the
Goldsmith two Guinies to take it all ruffe as it pound and if
they will no do So then to take Guines at thirty two or
thirty three shillings whereupon Mr Smith told Turner
he would have him before a Magistrate and thereupon Turner
said to this Deponent come let up go bocke to upon shop this
Deponent replied no we will not go without the Money Mr
Smith then said to this Deponent and Turner if you will go
and come againe in halfe an houre He would go along with
them before a Justice whereupon this Deponent told Mr Smith
that if He went away wee should not get him to come
againe thereupon, Mr Smith Sent for his Gloves and went
with this Deponent and Turner to the Lord Mayor who
was them at Dyomer & so they went back to [..] Spinks
