Pish & are (& So likely to continue to) become chargeable
to the said Pish whereupon the said Churchwardens &
Overseers have craved from us. Such Releife herein
As by Law is Appointed And forasmuch As upon the Oaths
of the said Elinor Swinney now taken before us itt
Appeareth unto us That she the said Elinor Swinney
wth. the said twoe Children came from Flanders
in Ptes
beyond the seas & lately6 arrived att Harwich
in the County
of Essex
where the said Psons ought to have ben taken
& are of & pvided being (As this Case is) there duely settled
according to Lawe.

Strictly to charge & comand you forthwth. upon Sight hereof
to remove passe & convey the said Ellinor Swinney & the said
twoe Children from Constable to Constable & from Pish of
Pish the next & directest way to Harwich aforesaid And
them there leave wth. & deliver to the Churchwardens or
Overseers of the said Pish of Town of Harwich whome wee
doe hereby charge & comand to receive & Pvide for according
to Lawe And hereof faile not att yor. Perills Dated & Given
under or. Hands & Seales This xviij day of January And did 1693
