This Informt sayes, that about
feareseaven or Eight
dayes before last Sessions Mr: Davis who lives in Redriffe
came to Newgate, to see one Beames or prisoner, who was
comitted there
by Mr [..]
for Robbing Mr Jarvis
him, and Mr Davis
and, Beames did then in Newgate Consult how they should prvent Mr Jarvis
from prosecuteing of Beames, which they did in this manner
Mr Davis then proposed to Beames (this Informt. being Prsent)
that if they could gett same Clipping and tooles, to be planted
in Mr Jarvis house, Davis would give any pson forty shillings
to doe it, and Beames told him hee would gett it done; and
there Davis went away and Orded Beames wife to came to him
the next day to Johns Coffee house
, and he would give her come
money, and
about threethe wednesday before the sessions an
as this Informt. does beleive, one

Stanford came to Newgate
, and Beames and they went
into a roome togeather and there did agree how the Clipping
should be Layd, and Beames gave to Gardiner a lether purse
a payre of Siasser alittee file and or smaule pcells of Clipping
and a Six pence Clipt halfe Rounds, and then they went away
and the same day they came to Beames and told him they had
layd the purse Clippine and tooles undr the loore Stepp
in Mr Jarvis Valt; And then Beames writt to Mr
Tulley, and Beames his wife & the two men went
will the Letter to Mr Tulley, and Tulley same to this Informt
the next day and bid him owne that ye Informacon
came from this [..] for in that those things were in the [..] Garvis [..] vault he should have Forty [..]
propound for it
