The Informacon of Elizabeth Hartop< no role >
of the Pish of St. Michell Bassishaw London
[..] taken upon Oath this 17th: day of
September Anno Dom 1692

This Informant sayes That shee being in the
Kitchen of Mr Falkner about Five of the Clock
this afternoone, with Mary Randall< no role > the said Mary
sayd [..] I heard a Noise at the Gate whereupon this
Informt. looked towards the Window and law a Man
in a Red Could in the yard, where upon the went
upp slayres to see who it was, and found the said
prisoner Harden by the manyer pretending to
ease him selfe, And this Informt. asking him
what hee did there, he told her yt a boy had lifted
him over the pales and told him there was a
Dunghill to doe his buisness on And further sayes
not

she being in the Kitchen with Elizabeth Hartop heard
a Noyse at the gate and told the said Elizabeth of it
Whereupon the said Elizabeth went up stayers
and the said Mary Law Harden< no role > Comeing out of the stable And
the said Elizabethnextimediately went and
called the offrise who forthwith came and
apprehended him And this Informt further sayes
that the said Harden told her that a boy lifted
him over the paler to doe his, occacons And further
sayes not
