thereof thatin this Corhe guaged this Couch and found only One
Hundred and thirty four Buchells and a half which was Twelve Buchells less
than the Officers gauge of the same Corn in the Cistern the evening before whereas
in fairness it Ought to have exceed the Cistern gauge the other
whole quantity of Corn found in the said two [..] so forced
together as aforesaid was 268 Buchells and the said Ingram
Horn
< no role > being Cross examined by and an the part of the said Abraham
Ayton An his Oath aforesaid further Saith that the said two Men did
not bread His Corn after they had [..] it that the said
Corn in the said Coach did not fall and ruse like other
Corn lent this was No fautt of the Corn lent was Occasioned
by the breading on it And the said William Goodrick< no role > an
his Oath afsd for himself saith that on the 16th. day of
December last about half an hour past four in the
Morning he this Deponent and Ingram Horn the Supervisor
went to the premises of the Dependant Abraham Ayton< no role > and
by the light of a lamp seen a Man employing a [..] in Servant of the Depend
what is called the first [..] and another Servant breadery
down the Corn in the Couch web had Gear sleeped in order to the make thereof in to mact that the Supervisor soon left
this Deponent and returned a pair within about 10 Minutes
that during his absence the Other man got out of the
Cistern and His Corn to bread an it that the Supervisor
returned and law them as will as their Deponent did
that Men two Men had not any thing in their hands
that they continued breading the Corn backwards and
forwards for about 15 or 20 Minutes and then this Day
and the Supervisor left the premises that this Deponent
returned to the Defendant's house in the Morning in order
to gauge the Corn in the Couch in the first house that he found the Corn
therein very hard that it could not possibly have
been so unless it had been forced or pressed together as
aforesaid and the said William Goodrick< no role > as he Oath 11
for himself

That the guage of the said Corn in the Cistern taken by third [..] the
Evening before exceeded the quantity found in the Couch the next
Morning
