himself further Saith that about eleven O Clock in the
prenoon on the said Sixteenth day of December his Survey [..]

Couch of Corn and found it then to contain 138 Buchells

there two guage as it guaged 12 Bushells less than
the guaged it an the evening before where as of ought
12 bushells less than the Officers Gage of the same Corn on the Custom the
Evening before whereas it on gold in
fairness to have increased that the whole quantity of

And the said Abraham Ayton being now have called
upon by in the said Justices for his defence in the
premises and together came to us Why he should not
he Convicted of the premises above laid to his charged
thereupon an the same day and Year last aforesaid
at Hammersmith afsd in the County aforesaid he
