said Webb Meant That Informant told him the whole
of the Matter when he deceased Informant to cause
said Webb to be apprehended That Informant
Yesterday applied to said Percival and Niblow who
went with him to Petty France and apprehended
said Webb That at the time £ of his being apprehended
as aforesaid he had the Handkerchief now produced
by said Percival upon his Neck And this Informant
Further says that the said Handkerchief is the property
of this Informant and was taken from him by
said Webb as aforesaid And the said Joseph Percival< no role >
for himself Days that he Yesterday in Company
with said Niblow and King apprehended said Webb
at which time he had a Silk Handkerchief round
his Neck that they took said Webb to Mr. Abingtons
in King Street Westminster That while he was
at Mr. Abingtons [..] he went to the Necessary
That when he came out he had no Silk
Handkerchief upon his Neck That about a quarter
of an Hour after said King told this Informant
said Webb had taken the Handkerchief of his Neck
That Informant went to the necessary at Mr. Abingtons
and in the Soil he found the Handkerchief now
produced by this Informant And the said Joseph
Niblow

said Percival [..] when he took the said Handkerchief
out of the Soil of the Necessary at Mr. Abingtons as
aforesaid
