That about a Fortnight since Deponent
being in a Publick House known by
the Sign of the George
and Vulture
in Shadwell in Company with the
deced one William Myatt< no role >
came up
to the deceased and insisted upon his
Fighting which the deceased wished
to decline saying he had not Strength
but Wyatt still insisted upon it and
at last it was agreed that they should
Fight on the then Monday Week and
upon Myatts leaving the Room he
said in case the deceased did not meet
him and fight he would Beat him
