piece of printed Callico now produced is his
Master's property, that he saw it in his Master's
Shop on Tuesday last, that the Prisoner Mary

was in the Shop that afternoon and asked
the price of the Said Piece od Callico, but did not
purchase any thing but had a few patterns of dark
Callicoes And that on the next day he found the said Callico
was stolen
