us two of his Majesty's Justices of
the peace
for the said County
Who being Severally upon oath Say
And first this Informant William Throne for
himself Saith that between the hours of four
and five in the afternoon of [..] Thursday the
twenty sixth of November last past [..] there was Stolen in his
house at No: 2 in Castle Court Holborn five 7 man's Shirts two boy's
Shirts two women's Shirts two Table Cloths a
Napkin and a pair of Dimity pockets all
his property, And further Saith that the
Shirt now produced is his property and is
part of the property so Stolen as aforesaid
And further Saith that he verily believes
that the Prisoners Samuel Cook< no role >
and William
Griffiths< no role >
did feloniously take and Carry away
the Several articles beforementioned.
And this Informant Charles Elliott< no role >
for himself Saith that he found the Shirt
produced in the possession of the Prisoner
