Who being on Oath severally say and first the
said Janett Keir for herself says that on Monday the 26th. of
October last between the hours of Twelve andat abouttwo oClock in the Afternoon as she was
in Company with her said Daughter
in Kensington Gardens
the person now present who calls himself Charles Jones< no role >
,
Came up to them and demanded this Watches, and Maney, that
this Informant gave himaher purse containing three or four
Guineas and some Silver,anda Small Siver box, and her
Pocket book, which this Informant desired he would return and
he immediatly did. And this Informant further says that
she has no doubt whatever but that the said Charles Jones< no role >
is the person who Robbed her as aforesaid And the said
Isabella Keir< no role >
for herself says that she was in Company
with her Mother at this timeandthat she gave to the said
Charles Jones< no role >
a Gold Watch, and that she has no doubt of
his being the person
